Always Up For Adventures is operated by E9 Consulting Inc in the USA. By accessing alwaysupforadventures.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Site.

All written content, photographs, and illustrations on the Site are © Always Up For Adventures unless otherwise noted. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link back. Republishing entire articles or images without written permission is not allowed.

no warranty

The Site is provided "as is". Trail conditions, opening hours, ferry schedules, and other practical details change — always confirm with official sources before heading out.

shop & payments

Guides are one-time digital purchases processed through Stripe, with no subscriptions, renewals, or recurring charges. The Rainy Day Guide costs NOK 150. Coming-soon guides cannot be purchased. Sign in with Google to purchase and access your PDF in My guides after payment is confirmed. No physical product is shipped.

refunds & account support

If you are dissatisfied, you may request a refund by emailing hi@alwaysupforadventures.com. Include the email used for purchase and your receipt, if available. Download access remains available after refunds or disputes; downloaded files are not removed. Account changes and deletion requests are handled through the same support address. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

The Site includes links to third-party sites and advertising served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
